Damages: not to be confused with damage. They were guilty and had to pay damages of 100 million dollars. Damages is money you have to pay for causing injury to another party. Or it is money you receive because someone has caused injury to you.

Will: This is not the verb to be in the future, you write a will. “Will” in this case is a noun. I must write my will. Or you change a will.

To sue: The verb to sue means to take someone to court. If you don’t comply with the contract, we will sue you.

Damages: no confudir lo con la palabra “damage”, o daño.  Eran culpables y tuvieron que pagar 100 millones de dolares de indemnización. Damages significa “indemnización”. Es dinero que hay que pagar por el daño hecho a otro. O es dinero que recibes porque alguien te ha causado un perjuicio a ti.

Will: no es el verbo auxiliar que se usa en el tiempo futuro. Significa testamento. You write a will, escribes un testamento. “Will” en este caso es un sustantivo. Debo escribir mi testamento. Cambia el testamento.

To sue: es un verbo que significa llevar a alguien a juicio, demandar. Si no cumples con el contrato, te demandaremos.
